Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chop

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the pork chop with salt and pepper. Dip the chop in the egg and then coat it with panko breadcrumbs.

  2. 2

    Bake the Pork Chop

Place the breaded pork chop on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

While the pork chop is baking, chop the bell pepper and onion. In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat and sauté the bell pepper and onion until they are softened, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Prepare Sweet and Sour Sauce

In a small bowl, combine the pineapple chunks and a few tablespoons of sweet and sour sauce (store-bought or homemade) to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve the Dish

Once the pork chop is cooked, serve it over a bed of steamed rice, topped with the sautéed vegetables and the sweet and sour pineapple mixture.
