Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and chop all vegetables. Slice roast pork into thin strips.

Heat the Oil
In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Sauté Aromatics
Add minced ginger and garlic to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add Pork
Add the sliced roast pork to the wok and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together to coat the ingredients evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
