Steam the Edamame
In a pot, bring water to a boil and place a steamer basket over it. Add the edamame pods and steam for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Ginger-Garlic Mixture
In a small bowl, mix together the grated ginger, minced garlic, and salt.

Wok-Toss the Edamame
Heat the olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ginger-garlic mixture and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Combine and Serve
Add the steamed edamame pods to the wok, tossing well to combine. Add red pepper flakes and lemon juice, adjusting seasoning to taste. Serve warm.
