Crispy Tra Fish Ingredients
Method
Crispy Tra Fish Directions
Prepare the Fish
Rinse the Tra fish fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Coat the Fish
In a shallow dish, mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Dredge each fish fillet in the mixture, coating evenly.
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Fry the Fish
Carefully add the coated fish fillets to the hot oil. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In another pan, stir-fry the mixed vegetables over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well to combine.
Serve
Serve the crispy Tra fish hot alongside steamed rice and stir-fried vegetables.
