Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Noodles

Cook the wide rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Beef

In a bowl, combine sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and a pinch of black pepper. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Stir-Fry the Ingredients

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Add Beef

Add the marinated beef to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.

  5. 5

    Cook Vegetables

In the same wok, add sliced onion and julienned carrots. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until they begin to soften.

  6. 6

    Add Noodles and Sauce

Return the cooked beef to the wok. Add the cooked rice noodles, bean sprouts, remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes until well combined and heated through.

  7. 7

    Finish with Scallions

Add sliced scallions and toss everything together. Adjust seasoning with additional soy sauce or black pepper if desired.

  8. 8

    Serve

Serve hot in bowls and enjoy your Chow Fun with Beef!
