Prepare the Noodles
Cook the wide rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, combine sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and a pinch of black pepper. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

Stir-Fry the Ingredients
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add Noodles and Sauce
Return the cooked beef to the wok. Add the cooked rice noodles, bean sprouts, remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes until well combined and heated through.

Finish with Scallions
Add sliced scallions and toss everything together. Adjust seasoning with additional soy sauce or black pepper if desired.
