Salad Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Salmon
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and black pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 2
Make the Vinaigrette
In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, grated ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 3
Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced cucumber, and fresh basil leaves. Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the salad bowl. Drizzle the sesame-ginger vinaigrette over the top and toss gently to combine.

Serve
Divide the salad into serving bowls and optionally garnish with additional basil leaves. Enjoy!
