Method
Preparing the Patties
- 1
Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef, 1 tsp of salt, 0.5 tsp of black pepper, 0.5 tsp of garlic powder, and 0.5 tsp of onion powder. Mix gently until the spices are evenly distributed throughout the beef.
- 2
Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into round patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.
