In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until fully combined.

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center.

Once the oil is hot, add the patties to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until a dark crust forms and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for medium.

Toast the burger buns lightly in the same skillet after removing the patties.

On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the blackened patty, then sprinkle with bleu cheese crumbs, and top with tomato slices.

Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
