    Cook Lo Mein Noodles

    Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add Lo Mein noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.

    In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
