1. Season the Chicken
In a bowl, season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Make sure to coat them evenly.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

6. Combine Chicken and Sauce
Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, coating them well with the mango sauce. Let them simmer in the sauce for an additional 2-3 minutes.
7. Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve warm with rice or your choice of side.
