Method
Fries Preparation
- 1
Cook the Fries
Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen Cajun fries package. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for the recommended time until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
Bulgogi Beef Preparation
- 2
Marinate the Beef
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green onion. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- 3
Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little vegetable oil. Once hot, add the marinated beef in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until well browned and cooked through.
Toppings Preparation
- 4
Prepare Spicy Mayo
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with sriracha sauce until well combined. Adjust the sriracha to taste for spiciness.
- 5
Fry the Eggs
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add a little vegetable oil. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook sunny-side up until the whites are set, about 3-4 minutes.
Assembly
- 6
Assemble the Fries
Once the fries are done, layer them on a serving platter. Top the fries with the cooked bulgogi beef, kimchi, and a generous drizzle of spicy mayo. Add the fried sunny-side eggs on top, then garnish with chopped cilantro, sliced white onion, chopped green onion, and sesame seeds.
