Base Ingredients

For Serving

Method

Preparation of Base

  1. 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the carbonated water, granulated sugar, and citric acid. Stir gently until the sugar and citric acid are fully dissolved.

  2. 2

Add a drop of food coloring to the mixture. Adjust the amount depending on the desired color intensity.

Flavoring

  1. 3

Divide the base mixture into five equal portions in separate bowls.

  2. 4

In one bowl, mix in the original flavoring essence. In the second bowl, add the strawberry puree. In the third bowl, mix in the blueberry puree. In the fourth bowl, add the melon puree, and in the last bowl, mix in the lychee puree.

  3. 5

Stir each mixture thoroughly to ensure the purees are fully incorporated.

Bottling and Serving

  1. 6

Fill each glass bottle with one of the flavored mixtures, leaving a little space at the top.

  2. 7

Add ice cubes to each bottle to chill the drink before serving.

  3. 8

Cap the bottles and serve immediately or store them in the refrigerator for later use.
