Method

Beef Preparation

  1. 1

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef

Add the ground beef to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 7-10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the Broth

Pour in the beef broth, stir well, and let it simmer for another 10 minutes on low heat.

Pork Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, and garlic powder together to create a marinade.

  2. 5

    Marinate the Pork

Place the pork chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 6

    Cook the Pork Chops

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Chicken Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, thyme, salt, and olive oil until well combined.

  2. 8

    Marinate the Chicken

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 9

    Cook the Chicken

Preheat the grill or oven to medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
