Chicken Preparation

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Salad Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the spring mix salad greens, green lettuce, shredded cabbage, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber. Toss gently to mix the vegetables evenly.

Slice the grilled chicken breasts into strips and add them to the mixed salad.

Sprinkle crispy wonton strips on top of the salad for added crunch.
