Bulgogi Beef

Method

Prepare Bulgogi Beef

  1. 1

    Marinate the Beef

Slice the beef sirloin thinly against the grain and place it in a bowl. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped green onions, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the beef. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for better flavor.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef to the skillet, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

Assemble Nachos

  1. 3

    Layer the Tortilla Chips

On a large baking sheet or platter, spread the tortilla chips evenly to create a base.

  2. 4

    Add Toppings

Evenly distribute the cooked bulgogi beef over the tortilla chips. Then, layer the shredded crab meat, kimchi, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro on top.

  3. 5

    Drizzle Sauces

Drizzle sweet soy sauce and spicy mayo generously over the top of the nachos.

  4. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately while warm, allowing guests to dig in and enjoy the flavors.
