Dough Preparation

Mix the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add hot water while stirring until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Filling Preparation

Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, finely chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
Potsticker Assembly

Roll Out the Dough
After resting, divide the dough into small pieces. Roll each piece into a thin circle (about 3 inches in diameter).

Fill the Potstickers
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
Cooking

Pan Fry the Potstickers
In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Place the potstickers in the skillet and fry for about 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.

Steam the Potstickers
Add about 1/4 cup of water to the skillet and cover immediately. Steam for 5-7 minutes or until the water has evaporated.
Serving

Garnish and Serve
Remove potstickers from the skillet and serve hot, topped with fresh cilantro, cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, and sliced white onions. Drizzle with soy sauce and chili sauce if desired.
