Clean and cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces.

Dice the zucchini, red bell pepper, carrot, and red onion. Mince the garlic.
Cooking

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the octopus and cook until tender, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
