Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Make the Rub

In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.

  3. 3

    Season the Ribs

Rub the spice mixture generously over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.

  4. 4

    Bake the Ribs

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.

  5. 5

    Prepare the BBQ Sauce

While the ribs are baking, combine BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Glaze the Ribs

Once the ribs are done baking, remove them from the oven and brush them with the BBQ sauce mixture.

  7. 7

    Finish on the Grill

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Place the glazed ribs on the grill and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until caramelized and slightly charred.

  8. 8

    Serve

Remove the ribs from the grill, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
