Prepare the Hot Dogs
Boil or grill the hot dog sausages until heated through, about 5-7 minutes.

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to form fries.

Heat the Oil
In a deep pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Potatoes
Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per batch.

Drain and Season
Remove fries from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt while still hot.
