Brisket Preparation
- 1
Season the Brisket
Rub the beef brisket with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika evenly on all sides.
- 2
Cook the Brisket
Place the seasoned brisket in a slow cooker and add the beef broth. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the brisket is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork.
- 3
Shred the Brisket
Once cooked, remove the brisket from the slow cooker and let it rest for 15 minutes. Then shred the meat using two forks.
BBQ Sauce Preparation

Mix the BBQ Sauce
In a bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- 5
Heat the BBQ Sauce
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Slider Assembly
- 6
Assemble the Sliders
On each slider bun, place a generous portion of shredded brisket, drizzle with BBQ sauce, and top with pickles. Add coleslaw if desired.
- 7
