Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Ezra Brooks bourbon, Mr Black coffee liqueur, and house made apple cider mix.
Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Add Cinnamon
Sprinkle the ground cinnamon on top of the drink.
Garnish
Garnish with a slice of apple on the rim of the glass.
