Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Fries
Preheat your fryer or oven according to the instructions for cooking fresh cut fries. Cook the fries until golden brown and crispy, about 15-20 minutes.
- 2
Cook the Buffalo Chicken
While the fries are cooking, heat the buffalo chicken chunks in a pan over medium heat until warmed through, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3
Assemble the Fries
Once the fries are cooked, place them on a serving platter. Top with the buffalo chicken chunks and sprinkle with bacon bits. Choose your preferred cheese (cheddar, provel, or pepperjack) and generously sprinkle it over the top.
- 4
Melt the Cheese
If desired, place the assembled fries under a broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 5
Serve
Drizzle the buttermilk ranch dressing over the top before serving. Enjoy your Hangover Fries!
