Marinade and Toppings
Method
Preparation and Grilling
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, whisk together the white wine, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- 2
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 3
Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 4
Assemble the Dish
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve the grilled chicken atop a bed of lettuce, topped with sliced tomatoes.
