Tzatziki Sauce

Celery Sticks

Method

Prepare Tzatziki Sauce

  1. 1

    Grate the Cucumber

Wash the cucumber thoroughly, then grate it using a box grater. Place the grated cucumber into a clean kitchen towel or paper towel and squeeze out excess moisture.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic (finely chop the garlic cloves), olive oil, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Stir Until Smooth

Using a spoon or spatula, stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and the tzatziki is smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  4. 4

    Chill the Sauce

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate the tzatziki for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare Celery Sticks

  1. 5

    Wash and Cut Celery

Wash the celery stalks under cold water. Trim both ends of each stalk, and cut them into 3-4 inch pieces for easy dipping.

Serve

  1. 6

    Plate and Enjoy

Serve the chilled tzatziki sauce in a small bowl alongside the prepared celery sticks. Enjoy as a refreshing snack or appetizer!
