Prepare Tzatziki Sauce
- 1
Grate the Cucumber
Wash the cucumber thoroughly, then grate it using a box grater. Place the grated cucumber into a clean kitchen towel or paper towel and squeeze out excess moisture.

Mix Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic (finely chop the garlic cloves), olive oil, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- 3
Stir Until Smooth
Using a spoon or spatula, stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and the tzatziki is smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- 4
Chill the Sauce
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate the tzatziki for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Prepare Celery Sticks
