Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and sour cream. Mix until well blended.

Add Flavorings
Add the diced green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until evenly combined.

Heat the Cheese Dip
Transfer the cheese mixture to a slow cooker or an oven-safe dish. Heat on low for about 30 minutes or until melted and creamy, stirring occasionally.

Prepare the Tortillas
Cut each corn tortilla into 6 wedges to create chips.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry the Chips
Add the tortilla wedges in batches to the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the chips from the oil and drain on paper towels. While still hot, sprinkle with salt to taste.
