Coffee Preparation
- 1
Brew the Coffee
In a large pitcher or container, combine the coarsely ground coffee and cold water. Stir gently to ensure all the coffee grounds are saturated.
- 2
Steep the Coffee
Cover the pitcher and let the coffee steep in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours, or overnight for a richer flavor.
- 3
Strain the Coffee
After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or a coffee filter into another pitcher to remove the grounds. Discard the grounds.
Caramel Mixture Preparation
- 4
Prepare Caramel Mixture
In a small bowl, mix the caramel sauce and vanilla extract. If desired, add sugar to taste for additional sweetness.
Whipped Cream Topping Preparation
- 5
Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and powdered sugar. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
- 6
Add Cinnamon
Once soft peaks have formed, gently fold in the ground cinnamon until well combined.
Assemble the Drink
- 7
Combine Ingredients
In a glass, pour a desired amount of cold brew coffee. Add the caramel mixture and stir to combine.
- 8
Top with Whipped Cream
Carefully spoon the whipped cream mixture on top of the coffee.
- 9
Garnish and Serve
Drizzle additional caramel sauce on top of the whipped cream and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon. Serve immediately and enjoy!
