Preparation of Salad Base

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and dry the mixed salad greens thoroughly. Chop the cucumber, carrots, and red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large serving bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, chopped cucumber, carrots, red bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes. Toss gently to mix the vegetables evenly.

Add Chicken and Toppings
Add the cooked chicken breast, chopped peanuts, fresh cilantro, and green onions to the salad. Toss again to incorporate all ingredients.
Making the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes (to taste) until smooth.
