Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and dry the mixed lettuce and set aside. Shave the cabbage if not pre-shaved. Cut the red bell pepper into thin strips, discarding the seeds and stem. Chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed lettuce, shaved cabbage, red bell pepper strips, and chopped tomatoes. Toss gently to mix well.

Prepare the Dressing (Optional)
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Add sesame seeds for garnish.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat the vegetables evenly.
