1. Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside with the chicken.
3. Sauté Vegetables

4. Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked rice to the skillet along with the cooked chicken and scrambled eggs. Pour the soy sauce over the mixture and stir to combine all ingredients thoroughly. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
5. Serve
