Chicken Tenders

Prepare the Chicken
In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. In another dish, beat the eggs.

Coat the Chicken
Dip each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the bread crumbs, ensuring they are well coated.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry the chicken tenders in batches for about 5-7 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Bake the Skins
Place the potato halves skin-side down on a baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and fill with cheese and bacon.

Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve topped with sour cream and green onions.
