Prepare Fresh Vegetables

Thoroughly wash all fresh vegetables under running water. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks. Slice the cucumbers into rounds or sticks, and cut bell peppers into strips. Cut the celery into sticks and wash the cherry tomatoes.

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, dried dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
