Fresh Vegetables

Method

Prepare Fresh Vegetables

  1. 1

    Wash and Cut Vegetables

Thoroughly wash all fresh vegetables under running water. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks. Slice the cucumbers into rounds or sticks, and cut bell peppers into strips. Cut the celery into sticks and wash the cherry tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Arrange Vegetables

Place all cut vegetables in a large serving platter, grouping similar items together for an appealing presentation.

Make Belmont Dip

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, dried dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

  2. 4

    Mix Well

Using a whisk or a spatula, mix all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  3. 5

    Serve

Transfer the Belmont dip to a serving bowl and place it alongside the arranged fresh vegetables on the platter.
