Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and black pepper, and set aside.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken pieces and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.

Add Vegetables
Once the chicken is cooked, add the sliced onions, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet. Stir well and sauté for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Finish with Sweet and Sour Sauce
Add the sweet and sour sauce to the skillet, mixing well to coat all ingredients. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce is heated through.
