In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Using a spoon, fill each mushroom cap generously with the cream cheese mixture, pressing down slightly to ensure they are well packed.

Place the stuffed mushroom caps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the caps.
