1. Cook the Linguine
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
2. Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the Flavor
Stir in the Calabrian chili paste, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well to combine.
4. Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. If the mixture seems too dry, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
5. Finish and Serve
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
