Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and cook for about 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and chop finely.

  2. 2

    Mix the Base

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. 3

    Add Flavorings

To the cream mixture, add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts (chopped), grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.

  4. 4

    Bake (Optional)

For a warm dip, transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Wonton Crisps Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Wontons

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 6

    Brush and Season

Lay the wonton wrappers flat on the baking sheet. Brush each wrapper lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

  3. 7

    Bake the Crisps

Bake in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to ensure they do not burn.
