Crispy seasoned steak fries with smoked brisket, cheddar and pepper jack cheese, warm queso & finished with Pico de Gallo, salsa verde, sour cream & green onions.

Prepare the Fries

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

Season the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the frozen steak fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Bake the Fries
Spread the seasoned steak fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Assemble the Nacho Fries

Layer the Toppings
Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and layer the smoked brisket evenly over the fries. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheeses on top.

Add Queso
Drizzle the warm queso cheese sauce over the top of the fries and toppings.

Finish with Fresh Ingredients
Top with pico de gallo, drizzle salsa verde, and add dollops of sour cream. Finally, sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
