Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Meatballs
Roll the mixture into six equal meatballs, approximately 2 inches in diameter.

Cook the Meatballs
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, black pepper, and basil. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook for about 15 minutes.

Combine Meatballs and Sauce
Return the cooked meatballs to the skillet with the marinara sauce, ensuring they are well coated. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Prepare the Garlic Cheese Mixture
In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic powder, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley until well combined.

Spread on Rolls
Spread the garlic cheese mixture evenly on each roll.

Bake the Rolls
Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes until golden and toasted.
