Preparation of Chicken

Season the Chicken
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Broil the Chicken
Preheat the broiler. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a broiler pan and broil for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Add Cheese
During the last minute of broiling, place a slice of American cheese on each chicken breast to melt.
Assemble the Melt

Prepare the Roasted Red Pepper Mayo
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and roasted red pepper. Mix until well blended.

Assemble the Sandwich
Spread the roasted red pepper mayo on the bottom half of each burger bun. Place a broiled chicken breast with melted cheese on top, followed by two slices of ham, two slices of bacon, a slice of tomato, and a leaf of lettuce. Top with the other half of the bun.
