Prepare the Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh crab meat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Form the Patties
Divide the crab mixture into 4 equal portions and form each portion into a patty, about 1 inch thick.

Chill the Patties
Place the formed patties on a plate lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, roasted red bell pepper, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
