Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Dry Rub

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Meats

Choose any two meats from ribs, pulled pork, brisket, jalapeno cheddar brat, hot link, or chicken. If using ribs, rub the dry rub generously over the meat. For chicken or pulled pork, ensure the rub is applied evenly.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Ribs

Preheat the grill or smoker to 225°F (107°C). Cook the ribs for 4-5 hours, maintaining temperature and basting with BBQ sauce in the last hour.

  2. 4

    Cook the Pulled Pork

Smoke the pulled pork at 225°F (107°C) for about 8 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C). Pull apart with forks once rested.

  3. 5

    Cook the Brisket

Smoke the brisket at 225°F (107°C) for about 10-12 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 203°F (95°C). Allow to rest before slicing.

  4. 6

    Cook the Sausages

Grill the jalapeno cheddar brats and hot links over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes until cooked thoroughly, turning occasionally.

  5. 7

    Cook the Chicken

Grill the chicken thighs over medium heat for about 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

BBQ Sauce

  1. 8

    Prepare the BBQ Sauce

In a saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serving

  1. 9

    Plate the Meats

Once cooked, slice or pull apart the meats as necessary. Serve on a platter with BBQ sauce on the side and your choice of sides.
