Make the Dry Rub
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

Prepare the Meats
Choose any two meats from ribs, pulled pork, brisket, jalapeno cheddar brat, hot link, or chicken. If using ribs, rub the dry rub generously over the meat. For chicken or pulled pork, ensure the rub is applied evenly.

Cook the Pulled Pork
Smoke the pulled pork at 225°F (107°C) for about 8 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C). Pull apart with forks once rested.

Cook the Brisket
Smoke the brisket at 225°F (107°C) for about 10-12 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 203°F (95°C). Allow to rest before slicing.

Cook the Sausages
Grill the jalapeno cheddar brats and hot links over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes until cooked thoroughly, turning occasionally.

Cook the Chicken
Grill the chicken thighs over medium heat for about 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Prepare the BBQ Sauce
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
