Rib Preparation

Prepare the Ribs
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs using a sharp knife. Rub the ribs with olive oil, then season generously with salt, black pepper, and house-made dry rub.

Marinate
Let the seasoned ribs marinate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator for maximum flavor.

Preheat the Smoker
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

Smoke the Ribs
Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for 4-5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C) for tender ribs.

Rest the Ribs
Remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.

Prepare Coleslaw
In a large bowl, mix coleslaw mix with your favorite dressing. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Heat Baked Beans
Heat baked beans in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through, about 5-10 minutes.
