Preparing the Mac & Cheese

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine Pasta and Cheese Sauce
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce, stirring until all pasta is coated with the sauce. Set aside.
Assembling the Philly Mac

Prepare the Vegetables
In a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and sauté the diced red onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Add the sautéed vegetables and shredded prime rib to the macaroni and cheese mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Top with Cheddar
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the Philly Mac in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese on top is bubbly and golden.
