Meat Preparation

Prepare Brisket
Season the brisket with salt and pepper. Smoke or grill it at 225°F for 8-10 hours until tender.

Prepare Pulled Pork
Rub pulled pork with your favorite BBQ rub. Cook in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours or until easily shredded.

Prepare Pulled Chicken
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook in a slow cooker on low for 6 hours. Shred once cooked.

Loaded Potato Wedges Preparation

Prepare Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Wash and cut the russet potatoes into wedges.

Season and Roast
In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.

Add Toppings
Remove the potato wedges from the oven. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the hot wedges, add bacon bits, and return to the oven until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.

Top with sour cream and chopped green onions before serving.
