Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and let them drain on paper towels, then chop into small pieces.

Prepare Pulled Chicken
In a large bowl, combine the pulled chicken breast with chopped bacon and half of the pepper jack cheese. Mix well and set aside.

Assemble the Sandwich
On the non-buttered side of two slices of Texas toast, layer the pulled chicken mixture, followed by the remaining pepper jack cheese, lettuce, and sliced tomato. Top with a generous drizzle of garlic Parmesan sauce.

Complete the Sandwich
Finish by placing the other two slices of Texas toast on top, buttered side up. Grill the assembled sandwiches until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
