Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar. Rub this mixture all over the ribs, coating them well.

  3. 3

    Wrap and Cook

Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

  4. 4

    Glaze the Ribs

Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the foil. Brush the BBQ sauce generously over the ribs.

  5. 5

    Final Bake

Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 30 minutes at 375°F (190°C) to caramelize the sauce.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
