Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar. Rub this mixture all over the ribs, coating them well.

Wrap and Cook
Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

Final Bake
Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 30 minutes at 375°F (190°C) to caramelize the sauce.

Remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
