Prepare the Chicken
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt and black pepper.

Breading the Chicken
Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with panko.

Fry the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Make the Long Hot Aioli
In a food processor, blend mayonnaise, long hot peppers, garlic, lemon juice, and salt until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve
Plate the Chicken Katsu with sautéed broccoli rabe and drizzle with long hot aioli.
