Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set aside.

Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the beef and pork thinly. Peel and devein the shrimp if not done already. Slice the bell peppers, onion, bamboo shoots, and water chestnuts.

Cook the Protein
Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Pork
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of cooking oil. Add the pork and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside with the beef.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and set aside with the other proteins.

Combine Everything
Return the cooked beef, pork, and shrimp to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour in the sauce and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through.

Season and Serve
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot over rice or gluten-free noodles.
