Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

In a large bowl, mix the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and baking powder until evenly coated.

Place the seasoned wings on the wire rack in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
Making the Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and ginger powder until smooth.

Stir in the chopped cilantro into the sauce mixture, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
Cooking the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
