Method
Preparing the Broth and Noodles
- 1
Prepare the Beef Bone Broth
In a large pot, bring the beef bone broth to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Allow it to simmer for about 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
- 2
Cook the Rice Noodles
While the broth is simmering, bring a separate pot of water to a boil. Add the rice noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually about 5-7 minutes) until tender. Drain and set aside.
- 3
Prepare the Onion
Thinly slice the onion and set aside. You will use it to garnish the pho.
- 4
Add Meat to Broth
After the broth has simmered, add the thinly sliced beef and beef meatballs to the pot. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the beef is cooked through and the meatballs are heated.
Serving the Pho
