Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

In a bowl, combine the shrimp, scallops, and imitation crabmeat. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the bell pepper, julienne the carrot, and chop the green onion. Prepare the broccoli florets and snow peas.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together the gluten-free soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water until well combined.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Heat the Oil

In a large wok or frying pan, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat.

  2. 5

    Stir-Fry the Seafood

Add the prepared seafood mixture to the hot wok and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp turns pink and the scallops are opaque.

  3. 6

    Add the Vegetables

Add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, broccoli florets, and snow peas to the wok. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  4. 7

    Add the Sauce

Pour the prepared sauce over the seafood and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

  5. 8

    Season and Serve

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot over rice or noodles, if desired.
